Why Chatbots Are Exactly What Digital Marketers Need Right Now

I have always been intrigued by those automated responses you receive after sending a request to your favorite buying website because you really want to try your new hot-dog machine but you are still waiting for it. I was even more surprised by their utility and humility to make me notice that I received a mail recently that I didn’t opened explaining me how to proceed when the delivery has a delay, what a d*** **s I am.

So I wanted to know more about Chatbots and Chrystelle and if they were really helping other people not just like me. So we started to investigate and we went to the specialist: https://chatbotsmagazine.com/

Today, as people launch every second a new app, a new way communicating or interacting with each other, brands do have the challenge to be on every one of them and be active on it, which is very complicated especially if you jump from Whatsapp to Snapchat with two complete different use. That’s were Chatbotsmagazine explains how chatbots become trendy and marketers’ best friend as they allow brands to be on every front at the same time by anticipating and programming reponses to consummers’ basic needs, also called the AI….fear the power !

During the launch we noticed from the data that the chatbots were providing us that some possibilities offered to the consumer were not choose at all. We quickly manage to modify the chatbot to propose something clearer and we even gain in traffic from that.
The brands need a very reactive and polyvalent team to be able to use that kind of feedbacks as well as an organized data center. Here again chatbots are a really good way to find and organize data in order to respond to your information needs.
